Before starting a maintenance plan, homes require a one-time exterior reset to bring the property to our maintenance standard. Starting at $395 or less.

All plans will get any work that is requested from the home owner.

We offer a wide range of services for your home. Listed below are the most common items homes require. We will accommodate anything particular that your home needs.

Web whole house, Web deck & dock, Wipe all thresholds, Wipe window sills, Wipe outside furniture, Wipe railings & spray wax or clean glass railing, Clean all windows, Trim landscaping (if applicable/needed), Leaf blow property, Spray for bugs, Clean front entry & door, Hose driveway, Hose walkway L & R, Hose deck, Hose dock, Hose gangway, lawn service, hose trash cans, power washing service.
